sister died from overdose

I have a question about my sister who has been a drug addict for 25 years. On October 2nd she passed away from an overdose.
A few days ago I got a call from my niece, my sister's daughter and said she got the toxicology report and my sister died of a lethal
dose of Fentanyl and Gabapentin. I know my sister always over did it with her pain medicine but how much would she of taken for her to die. I believe she had 3 Fentanyl patches on but I don't the milligrams. And how many gabapentin would she have taken. Can someone answer this. I'm new to the site... thank you Wendy

Well That really all depends on how big her tolerance was to these substances. Unless you know how much she was using on a daily basis, I'm afraid you'll never know the specifics.
