Single time marijuana use. Hair test?

About 2 weeks ago SWIM smoked to celebrate finishing school. SWIM smoked about 3 to 4 hits from an apple bong and half a joint.
This was SWIM's only time smoking in about 8 months. He has dark and thick hair, is it possible to pass a hair test?
