single dose of 40mg prozac - MDMA three days later?

Hey there, I have a friend who (weird as this may sound) took a single dose of 40mg prozac. He is not prescribed it, has never taken it before, and does not plan to take it in the future. However, he was planning on rolling tomorrow, about three days since he took the prozac. He wishes to take about 130mg of pure molly, followed by 90 more after the first goes into effect (like he usually does). My question is, will he still be able to roll, despite the 40mg of prozac taken three days before? I understand that prozac most commonly blocks the effects of MDMA, and I understand the biochemistry behind how and why. I also understand that mixing the two is dangerous. However, due to the fact that he only took prozac once (whereas most people take it daily for long periods of time) I feel that the effects of the MDMA would not be altered very much. I doubt it would make a difference. Most SSRI's take a few weeks before they work, so taking it once probably isn't going to mute the effects of MDMA.
