my feeling is it was cardiac arrest from cocaine use long term rather than some OD, but I really have no idea :\
 
^Well the guy has a point when he said that you must know nothing about music if he thinks that Pete Townshend is overrated. Maybe the "nothing" part was too extreme, but he's in the proper ballpark.
 
its all subjective, and this is a thread about winehouse not morrison.

I first met her in a pub in camden back on the circuit years ago.
we used to hit up the same spots.
shes a proper fuckin headbanger, or was...... and an extremely talented, loving, fun, hilarious, deep and ultimately troubled soul. Amy off camera is quite the entertaining and amusing spectacle. always the kind of chick that would pick up the mood of the pub or party and just be totally spontaneous, silly, mischievous and random.
bless her.....

she was a positive and inspiring influence on my life, and the source of hilarity for many an evening.....
