The only opiates I can get are Sinalgen tablets

So they are 10mg hydrocodone and 325mg acecetamino

Is there any special way to do them. ROA or combined with something etc to get best bang for buck?

This. A nice tall glass of CWE is by far the best way to dose hydrocodone, especially high dose.

I loved the hydrocodone buzz. 10 - 12 Lortab 10's soaked overnight... Sooo sedating, warm and fuzzy.
