Simvacane, what is it?

First off, my apologies if I'm not allowed to ask this question, in not trying to identify a pill and I hope my query doesn't fall into that category.
My friend is getting hold of a substance that he says is called simvacane, which he believes is supposed to be a cocaine alternative.
I always try to research to the best of my ability, all I can find out about a drug before I try it, which I think makes a lot of sense!
Bluelight has always been my first port of call when looking for information about drugs and so far I've never needed to post a question as I've always been able to find the information I've been looking for.
Alas not this time...
A search of the word 'simvacane' brings zero results be it a standard Google search or one on here.
I've tried spelling it simvacaine, also to no avail.
I'm in no hurry to try something until I know something about it.

So can anybody help?

I've never heard of this and cannot find any information on this.

Do you definitely mean simvacane and not synthacaine?

Quite possibly, if I had thought of that spelling varient I'd have looked for that too!
I'll do a bluelight search for that then as it sounds very like that may be it.
In the unlikely event that I can't find information on it, what can you tell me about it?

Synthacaine is shit. Waste of money.

You don't want to be using branded and blended chemicals. You've no idea what else they put into them.

The main chemical in Synthacaine is Methiopropamine (MPA), so you're better off just buying that and mixing it with MDAI. Weigh your powders to get the correct ratios.
