Opioids Similar high of Tylenol 3?

I really do apologize if this is in the wrong section, I'm fairly new to..well forums haha. Anyways, a quick question about Tylenol 3. I've been taking it for a little while, but seem to find it hard to get my hands on it.
Is there any other drug, e, cocaine, anything along those lines that would give me a fairly similar high? I'm only asking because like I said, It's harder to get my hands on prescription medications than it is...well, illegal ones. (Hilarious.)

I can't think of a forum where this would work as bluelight is not here to help you get high, just to do it safely.

Since codeine is an opiate, you would probably want to look for other opiates, however you will probably find heroin, which is much stronger.
If you know awesome people, you might come across opium. Either way, be careful. May want to consider sticking with codeine as anything else you find will be much harder.
