Sill feeling lumps and pain from missed shots a year later?

I have really small veins if someone else, experienced does it, still takes so many goes, it isn't worth it. Anyway over a year ago I was trying to slam some meth I pushed the plunger in only two goes in my left arm and one in my right. None were successful. Despite harm reduction techniches I was using tap water, it was meth, I think the needle moved when it registered, same needle even though maybe 4 prior attemps so possibly blunt, likely wrong angle and there were lumps that stayed about a week visible. Thing is I can still feel at least one of the lumps rubbing my hand over my arm, but all three hurt still those veins just aren't as close to the surface. Can you get scans of your veins, I do not want my gp to know but have decent enough health cover, can I just walk into a hospital and what could these lumps be? Never Iving again

Also used IV as ROA under 15 times so helathy kinda veins...

please see a doctor if these symptoms has persisted for a year now. they're the ones who are going to be able to pinpoint your problem.
