Signatures are reserved for Staff use only and are limited to site and harm reduction topics when they are employed by Staff members

If you would like to have a quote in your profile, click on the My Profile link on the top right of the page, and you can add it through there. Another way of doing this is to click on the Settings link (also on the top right, next to the profile link), and then click on the edit profile link under your settings which are on the left side of the page.

If you are talking about actually quoting someone in a thread, then you just click on the quote button on the bottom right of the post that you wish to quote. You can manually have things quoted by typing (or pasting) the content into the text box, and then highlight what you wish to quote, and then click the icon at the top of the text box that looks like a quote bubble.

It only displays on your profile page. I can see your quote there, so it's working.
