Signs of morphine sulfate OD

Decreased respirations (less than 12 breaths per minute), increased lethargy/sedation (difficult to arouse), severe nausea/vomiting, pinpoint, nonreactive pupils, blurred vision, slurred speech, ataxia (inability to walk straight). If someone stops breathing or begins breathing ineffectively (agonal breathing(gasping), rapid shallow breathing, apnea(stops breathing intermittently), etc.), cannot be aroused/awoken sufficiently, and/or has no pulse seek immediate medical attention.
