Hello there!

This is a bit of a Segway, but I do want to share some results I did over a couple of attempts to test if I can reduce my BP through just relaxing thoughts.

I was significantly surprised by the results.

I am an athletic 46 year old. Daily intake of around 300mg or so of caffeine a day.

Heavy Cardio and Strength exercise for 1 - 1.5hrs 6 days a week.

RESULTS

Day 1
10:00am : Base BP (121/81)
10:05am : Thinking of sex (150/92)
10:10am : Thinking of waterfalls 1 (142/91)
10:15am : Thinking of waterfalls 2 (126/89)

Day 2
12:00pm : Base BP (126/88)
12:02pm : Thinking of sex (135/95)
12:04pm : Thinking of waterfalls 1 (121/87)
12:06pm : Thinking of waterfalls 2 (116/79)

There is definitely something to this! Though the results from day 2 seemed a little less impactful.
