some people just wont let shit go until they get it out... me occasionally guilty there. was alcohol involved in his/her preperation for the "speech?"
hopefully s/he calms down and "comes home"...
if not it was probably an excuse s/he thought s/he'd get away with using... deflecting his/her guilt onto you because s/he couldnt say s/he wanted to go.
