I think one must look at the 12-step recovery programs in the same light one looks at religion.. it's indoctrination. I suppose we all have our crutch. Drug addicts use drugs. Religious people use religion. NA/AA use their groups. There are very few individuals walking among us who stay 100% logical all the time.

Ha ha..... yeah, that's right. Years ago, I used to enjoy debating Fundies, but it soon becomes about as challenging (and stimulating) as shooting fish in a barrel. The quote is probably by Richard Dawkins or Christopher Hitchens or somesuch.
