Hello all,

So this frined of mine just bought 60 caps of 10mg sibutramine and she is planning to use it as an appetite suppressor to lose some weight. I believe she's going to take something between 10 and 30mg a day.

For those who are / has been on this medication before, does irritability, insomnia, or any anxiety related issued occurred frequently? If so, is possible to treat it with some kind of benzodiazepine during the treatment to minimize these side effects? Also, if thats the case, what would be the best benzo for this matter?

Thanks a lot, you all and have a very nice weekend!

10mgs is way more than enough to start with. In fact I'd recommend 5mg. I used it a couple of times and it worked better for me that way, tolerance builds up and you don't want to go too crazy on those, trust me.
What I noticed was a huge mood change, it has been tried and dismissed as an antidepressant, but that's because amphs don't work in the long term. What it did was really slowing my head, not at first but after a week or two I'd begin to feel myself just become happier in a moronic way, like I didn't give a shit about anything and just laughed. Like in a daze or something. It's great if you don't need your brains.. Although driving becomes a little dangerous for those around you...
