the way to make it more intense:
1. sleep, get your recommended 8 hours per day. try to keep this up on a consistent basis.
2. water, get your recommended 64oz per day. try to keep this up on a consistent basis.
3. food, try to eat more whole foods (ie mashed potatoes with skins still in it instead of salted crisps)
4. drugs, try JUST TRY to go one whole week without them. i'm talking caffeine, nicotine, lsd, dxm, and yes EVEN THC. let your liver detox your body and you will end up in a MUCH BETTER HEALTH
5. deep breaths. whenever you think you need to get high, just close your eyes, relax, and take some cleansing breaths. your brain will get more oxygen and your mood will lift.
6. exercise. start slow and gentle (don't burst an artery) but try to get some cardio in every day. just walking up and down a flight of stairs will get your blood pumping safely.
all of the above are KEY INGREDIENTS to getting the MOST out of your body. remember that it is a biological machine, and all machines need maintenance or they WILL BREAK DOWN and not operate to their optimum potential.
after you do this detox for a week, try eating the mushies and i guarantee you will trip very hard.
if you cannot take ONE WEEK off drugs, you will either A) "stay high for the rest of your life" by dying young or B) hit rock bottom when the drugs don't get you high anymore and your sober brain is just COMPLETELY BROKEN. both options are bad and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. please use your brain.
