Hey everyone.

I'm eating an 8th of shrooms by myself in my bedroom tomorrow night! (experienced shroomer). I'm pretty excited I have lasers that project thousands of dots all over my room and black lights, trippy posters, lava lamps, mario kart Wii (RAINBOW ROAD8o) and a pet snake I'll be playing with all night! And my ENTIRE ceiling is filled with blank CD's... just imagine !!

Sorry, completely off topic.. haha

But I need some new music guys!

Any kind of psychedelic music, ambient music, tribal music, idk exact terminology... but somethin you can close your eyes to and trip the hell out! :D

Thanks!

Here is some world/tribal music I really love on mushrooms and while tripping in general:

For some amazing modern Middle-Eastern music for tripping, try Ghazal.
Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bckvBBUPVJw

For soulful funky and yet also trippy music from West Africa, try Ali Farka Toure, such as:

Wonderful, complex North Indian classical music, a virtuoso Sarod player with unthinkable drum rhythms, see Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, such as

Wow this is EXACTLY the kinda stuff I was lookin for! Especially the North Indian Classical music. Perfect! Much appreciated.

NationOfThizzam - Great choice aswell I listened to a few of Tippers songs and I'm diggin them, thanks!

Get ready to giggle your ass off. ;) I would recommend Rubblebucket, if you haven't heard of them. Also I think that you might like older Pretty Lights music, before he made more mainstream music. I also like RJD2 for tripping. It depends on how my trip manifests itself. Go with the flow. Any of the music listed would be good, because in reality, everything you do is going to feel like it is the greatest thing in the world.

I can attest to Ott being really really awesome.

www.ektoplazm.com

it's a great site. maybe not exactly what you want to dig through the day before you trip, but it's a great resource none the less.

If youre up for something different that will definitely put you in some odd territory I would recommend anything Einsturzende Neubauten. their odd experimental sound can definitely give you some interesting grooves and notions to the experience.

Filling up the city skies by pretty lights is really good. You also can't go wrong with the doors and the chili peppers

shrooming now, loving this thread, also weed plus morphine and a tiny ice cube to stay alert with....
