Not necessarily a psychosis. I just experienced this for the first time today ( which is how I found this page). Today was the first day I had smoked meth since over a week ago - - I was sitting there hitting the bubble like normal and had just blown out my third hit. I headed back out to the living room to hand it to my wife, and what time the 20 seconds it took to do that I started feeling an intense euphoria, very similar to that of cocaine ( which may I add, has never happened to me before on dope).
Following the euphoria were heavy visual hallucinations which I can best describe only as heat wave vision, like when you look up the street on a really hot day and it looks like its melting. The selling continued for about another 20 minutes before I felt normal again; it was amazing.
Best experience with meth, hands down. Its always kinda disappointed me as a drug anyways - it definitly earned some extra brownie points today though.
