looking for a shroom like trip from new a chemical..? Any idea's?

shrooms contain 4-ho-dmt, 4-po-dmt, 4-ho-nmt, 4-ho-tryptamine, and a couple others that may or may not add to the psychedelic experience

for me 4-aco-dmt is very similar in feeling to shrooms, i'm sure you'll find tons of answers in that thread.
 
Thanks... I s'pose I shoulda mentioned it's Psilocybin shroom trips I'm interesting in replicating
 
I enjoy psilacetin (4-aco-dmt). It's supposedly a pro-drug of psilocin, meaning it breaks down in the body to 4-HO-DMT, which then crosses the blood-brain barrier. New reports suggest that 4-aco-dmt itself has the ability to cross the BBB, leading to the possibility that it has a slightly different 'character' than psilocin alone. A noble compound, for sure.
 
most of the 4 ho-xxx and 4 aco-xxx RC's wil seem pretty similar to mushrooms.

4 aco dmt being a favorite of mine.
Though i think 4 ho mipt is more mushroom like overall, due to how rough it can be when dosed at the upper end of the spectrum.
 
4-HO-MIPT is said to be like shrooms except totally clean, like with no body load or cloudyheadedness. I've heard it's very cool, I've never had a chance to try it unfortunatly.
 
for me and most people, 4-aco-dmt is very similar in duration to mushrooms. also the dose-response is much more like mushrooms, so you can start very low and see where you are, then redose in an hour without worrying too much about overshooting (unlike the 2c-x)

my gelcaps pop about 10 minutes after ingestion
first alerts are about T+0:30
"coming up" T+1
"peak" T+2
"plateau" T+3 to T+5
"coming down" T+6
most effects are completely gone by T+7

i find that 6mg + 6mg at T+2 is a good way to extend the duration of a mild trip.
at this point in my life i don't really have time or stamina for a really intense one :)

I'm going on the assumption that this stuff isn't scheduled...

Fumerate is the salt form it comes as. For most purposes it doesn't matter too much which salt form you have, as far as I know. Some forms are slightly more or less potent weight for weight (but not by huge amounts) and it can sometimes make a difference if you need to store it for a long time (I think). One of the chemistry bods will correct me if I'm mistaken. 4-AcO-DMT generally comes as fumerate at the moment and is probably what most people have when they are discussing it in the B&D thread and elsewhere. I highly recommend it - but it is Class A in the UK along with virtually every drug in Pihkal/Tihkal :\
