Television Shows you just "dont get" or just dislike

CSI: anything.

i've watched enough david caruso to make my dick fall off and i hate him now as much as i hated him the first time i ever saw him. he's such a terrible actor and the show itself is so fucking stupid. as much as i hate to admit it gary senise is off my radar now as well for his shitty performances in CSI: NY.

every episode of any version of CSI i've watched is like banging my head against a wall for an hour. the stories poorly written, the cheesy one liners are excessive, the over-stylized camera movement and or color filtration etc. detracting from the main objective... i can't honestly find one redeeming quality of CSI.

agree 100%. i've never subjected myself to an entire episode. after 5 minutes of it i begin to uncontrollably convulse and have to click/run.
terrible show.

But if you haven't, then I sincerely and strongly suggest that you rent the DVD's from the past seasons and watch them, starting with the very first episode - imo, the character development is what puts this drama at the head of the class.

I remember thinking the exact same thing that you just posted (that it was "very good" but NOT "great") when I started watching The Sopranos in mid-Season Two, but then, one rainy weekend, I started from the beginning of Season One, and it's a whole different experience.

I used to "get" LOST. now that they have killed off most of the original cast I sit there wondering why people even bother anymore.

I also never really enjoyed House. I always found it predictable, and the Characters were super dry.
 
I hate the Hills / The OC.. Those spoiled yuppie brats can die in a fire.. srsly
I auctually like most of those animated shows,

Futurama
Family Guy
Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Robot Chicken
SquidBillies
Venture Brothers
etc

Don't like south park so much anymore.. kinda stale.. the pirates episode was funny.. meh

scrubs is cool enougth.. mainly cause its got tara reid sometimes.. shes smokin hot..
 
how can u not like south park. that is one of the funniest shows on tv. they make so many amazing reffences to real world events and figures and just rip them to shit. i don't know how u can say that u like family guy and not south park. family guy is the show that is stale if anything. i mean there r only so many times u can flash back in an episode with out that same shit getting old. south park at least has new and original ideas after 13 seasons, where as family guy ran out after season 3 (and that is being generous).
 
Jon and Kate plus Eight. I get it, can't take more than five minutes of it though. She is a shrew and he is her whipped cur. The kids? I don't know , can't get past the bitch of a mom.

My girlfriend looooves that show. And I'm kind of getting hooked on it too.
I think thats the whole draw...her being a superbitch, and him being strung along, all the while their crying, bratty kids screaming the whole way.
Its a train wreck, and I don't know if that makes it watchable or not. And its so wholesome and shit sometimes I just want to go to a strip club after I watch it just to know what sin feels like again.
 
oh no, there is a bunch of people that are wrong on the internet...

a tv show I always thought was useless was seinfeld, yeah no joke I never got what was so great about it. I would also take family guy or futurama over aqua teen/southpark any day. ATHF and Southpark can both be a little too extreme for my tastes.
 
The Big Bang Theory.

I mean wtf?. This show is soooo not funny in the slightest, and it always seems to be on TV so I assume it's pretty popular.
