hey ive been working out on and off for a awhile but i want to get more serious. my workout ususal includes pushups( wide and narrow) with the the perfect pushup thing, arm curls and hang cleans. i know this is not a alot of variety and ive noticed my chest and biceps getting bigger but my shoulders are starting to look out of proportion.

so i was just wondering if anyone has suggestions on deltoid lifts?

ahh thanks. i just did some military press but ill try those also. how do u do the bent raises? ive heard of the other two but not those

and no i didnt that but i also didnt know there were three sides to the deltoid haha.

im guess it makes sense cuz it applies to other muscles. ie bicep, tricep, quadriceps, traps ( the shape of the muscle? trapazoidal?)

sit down lean forward so your bent over your knees and flap your arms like a bird, us e alight weight and warm up weightless.. use google, exrx.net has a good list of exercises

If you have the strength to do them, handstand pushups.
Up against a wall if you dont have the balance to do them free standing, and keep your body straight, arch your back and it'll target your chest more than your shoulders.
They can be a bitch to do but they'll smash your shoulders like nothing else.

Overhead presses work in a similar way, but I'm a gymnast so bodyweight exercises are my jam =D

All you need for deltoids - dips. and simple you know, all you need are two chairs, or two of equal height surfaces.
Dips will also really bring out the front facing muscle and cut in between that and the second, middle 'sub-muscle' if you will. That'll be the best thing to do if your going for cosmetic, rather than functional muscle.
