Imo the beer is unnecessary and disruptive to the pleasure from the other two, that's my preference.

As long as you only have like one or two beers this probably won't cause any problems. But id be concerned about the potentially brutal nausea and unpleasant side effects that could result from combining beer with the wide spectrum of alkaloids in opium tea.

If you were taking a single opiate in a known dose like a 30mg morphine pill i'd say you would be fine as long as you have a tolerance and don't go overboard with the alcohol. But opium tea contains morphine, codeine, thebaine, and a dozen more alkaloids, so it will have a more unpredictable effect when combined with other drugs.

Whatever you decide to do just take it easy on the opium tea and/or the alcohol
