had an amazing 3rd plateau trip and have enough for another 600 mg trip . this would be my last time i take it intil i take a much needed break from it maybe a couple months. il be taking the mucinex dm with 30 mg of dxm and 600 mg of guaf. im 5 foot 5 and weigh only 110 pounds so 600 mg would be a medium high 3rd plateau trip and i may consider lowering the dose down to 100 mg .

dxm 2 days in a row is not good for your mind or body
guaf is not good to consume in high amounts, buy a bottle of dxm with dxm as the only active ingredient
you will have a much more enjoyable time if you wait 2 weeks between robotripping

Depends on your age: if you're still young, don't do it (in fact, any kind of regular drug use isn't good for people below a certain age). If you're past your mid-twenties, I see no problem whatsoever. Now, if you went an entire week of 3rd-plat or sigma tripping, then that would be a problem at any age.
