Should I CWE?

Friday I will be taking 6 10/650 lorcets in an 8-10 hr period. That is 3.9 grams of APAP in that amount of time. Want to get your opinions on if would be smart to do
A CWE on atleast 3 of them?
 
A CWE is always a great idea if you take large amounts of APAP at a time frequently, but if your only going to do this every once in a while, you'll be just fine. I know a few people who would take 15 - 20 Norco 10/325 a day for over a year before switching to Methadone.

This one time wont hurt you.
 
I almost always CWE, no matter the amount of acetaminophen. I hate, hate, hate acetaminophen; and in my opinion, any amount of acetaminophen is too much.
 
I will so be taking 20 mg of adderall about 4 hrs before this dose of hydrocodone if that makes a difference. Idk if adderal does anything bad to your liver
 
Acetaminophen comes out of your pores and gives you very VERY dry skin. Other than that, what is the big deal? Take the 3,900 mg of acetaminophen. Won't hurt you every now and then.
 
If you were going to take all of them at once, a CWE would definitely be a good idea, although that much APAP every once in a while definitely will not hurt you. Not a good habit, but that is still under the max 24hr dosage listed on the packaging of APAP.

so it is entirely up to you, you'll be fine either way.
 
Id say youll be fine if you don't engage in drinking or anything like that. I ate 8 7.5s once, drank 2 Four lokos in the same night and ended up in the hospital needing my stomach pumped. It was not a very plesent deal. Since then I CWE all pks with Ace in em.Its just such a nasty drug in my eyes now I insisit on it staying out of my body at all costs.
 
You are not supposed to use more than 4000mg of APAP during a 24 hour period, but people fail to realize that you are not supposed to take more than 1000mg every 6 hours either. 4000mg of APAP in one dose is WAY WORSE than 4000mg thats been spread out over a period of 24 hours. Just thought I'd mention that.

4000 mg is a lot for your liver all at one time, but like I said in my last post, this one time isn't going to hurt.
 
I recently went to doctors yesterday to find out I had a stomach ulcer , I was given dexilant and wanted to know if it would be safe to do a cwe on some AC&C with my ulcer n all ?
