Should I become a pornstar?

Yes we do lol I’m surprised ya’ll ain’t seen me around these parts yet. I was a long time lurker on blue light, before making a username. And I was a drug addict my entire adult life up until 4-ish years ago.

My experience was in mainstream porn, those big production movies from Hustler, Wicked, Digital Playground, Evil Angel, etc.

I think the ad you saw advertised was for making your own content, as pornhub is just a hub- they don’t shoot content. You’d need to find yourself a female companion or two (or three lol) and start doing some POV content. Check out what niche is popular right now and run with that.

I was in the business from 2011 to 2018. During my last year in the business, onlyfans had just become a thing that some of the girls were doing, but hardly anyone had even heard of it at that point. So creating your own adult content isn’t my expertise, but I’d advise doing that over getting into mainstream porn.

It’s hard (no pun intended lol) being male talent, especially if you’re new to the game. You’re only gonna make $200-$300 per scene, while your female counterpart is making around $1,000 or more, depending how in-demand she is, and what kind of scene you’re shooting.

Then there’s the obvious “stage fright” most people get while fucking in awkward unnatural positions all while a cameraman is breathing down your neck. Literally. Not to mention how difficult it is to be able to bust a nut on demand, in front of a room full of people.

So yeah, if you’re hell bent on working in the sex industry, your best bet is definitely making your own content I’d say. Lmk if you have any questions and I’ll be happy to advise you as best I can.

That’s like average size. Spoiler alert: dicks in porn flicks are not as large as they appear. Mostly camera tricks and angles. There’s definitely a handful of male performers that are freakishly big, but most are average.

With the quality of digital media technology most people already have or is fairly inexpensive compared to big studio companies do you think platforms like pornhub etc may oneday be a big threat to the industry.
Or is it like Spotify where artists get paid a pittance unless they get large followers.

Almost like how vhs affected cinema

As far as the OP wanting to be a porn guy, I think the market if flooded like never before. Sex cams everywhere and of all types. Joe Rogan recently said, "I think we got enough new porn for the next 100 years, lol
