If you like. Matter of cost, convenience and desire to keep hold of those extra couple of pounds of fluid in the muscles.
 
No point might as well cycle off, give the muscles a bit of a break from retaining all that water plus you get diminishing returns after ~90 days so if you cycle off for 3-4 weeks and get back on you'll get even better gains.
 
Nice post. When is the last time you worked out? How hard did you work out? Were you sore 3 days after? If not then forget about the creatine. Almost all creatine nowadays doesnt require you to preload.
 
How long have you been taking it for? If it's been a while, you could take a break, but if you just started using it, I'd still take it for the 2 weeks, it's not like the stuffs expensive. Once you stop taking it, you'll piss out a bunch of water weight, then once you start taking it again, you put the water weight right back on. That's my experience anyways.
