Hi, I'm pretty dumb sometimes when I need a hit and I got these M 60 Ms contin time release pills....2 of em last night....anyway i put a ton of water in em and let em gel then put some cotton in and let it soak up the water...it worked and i got a morph rush (bleh) but now I'm really worried about long term health problems....what am I lookin at here? I'm having chest pains currently.

The insoluble particles in the shot can clog the blood vessels once they start narrowing again after passing through the heart. The first place this happens is while heading to your lungs and is called a pulmonary embolism. I think treatment would be blood thinners but maybe they actually go in through a catheter or something if it's not just a blood clot. I don't really know.

Anyways we can't help you over the internet. The chest pain may just be anxiety or unrelated to the shot but if you think you need to see a doctor go see one.

^Amapola is right--if you feel like you should see a doctor, you probably should.

There are a lot of long-term health problems associated with IV drug use (and especially, IV pill use) many of which are summarized here. You can help reduce these risks by using proper IV techniques as well as micron filters (see the guide here.)

Check those threads out, there is a lot of good information there. I'm going to go ahead and close this, don't hesitate to PM me if you have any questions/issues with this.
