I think I just bupe/diphenhydramine into an artery. I didnt even think about it at the time, but I stuck into a normal injection site, registered and super light red blood spurted into the needle incredibly fast, shot, and then said fuck, because thats how an artery registers. Ive shot in this spot hundreds of times, the only difference this time was I had a whole length of a half inch needle in my arm, so it was definitley deep enough to hit an artery, but sometimes this vein requires I be super deep, but not all the time. The thing is, Jasoncrest told me if you feel the burn flowing up your arm, towards your heart, it was a vein, and thats what I felt, but does this apply to both arms, or just the left arm (most common arm used in IV) because I shot in my right arm? I suck at anatomy, sorry. Im just super freaked out and need some comforting advice, if there is any. I dont wanna get gangrene.
