I need something, too much fucking pain, I need an escape.

I would have been lucky if I never would have found a dealer. Heroin provides a temporary escape but it can lead to much bigger problems if you are the type who is easily addicted. I never would have thought that I would become addicted, but years later I am still using.

are all the veins on your arms that u can see visibly around the elbow area really veins, can u shoot into those? which ones can u visibly see and shoot into

I think you are supposed to "slap" your arm to make them more visible...or is that just the movies?

once you've tied off, slapping your elbow can cause veins to sort of 'pop up' and become more visable by coming closer to the surface. putting a warm compress on the area can help as well. for others, just tieing off can make veins visable enough. i know regular iv'ers who dont even need to do that to quickly and easily find a vein.

i suppose it depends on the individual and their experience. if you dont know if its a vein dont just go pumping drugs into it. stick a needle in their and pull back on the plunger a little. you should see a flass of blood. not alot. practice.

Some heroin comes in the form of base (mainly in europe, but also in the states) in order to get the heroin base (#3) into solution citric/asorbic acid is needed to break it down.

Prince_Albert, firstly I don't think heroin will solve any of your problems (and I think those users of heroin in this thread will agree with me on that one). Its not a means to an end.
If you do end up using, then it'd be a lot safer to snort/smoke it first (since you'd get UK heroin) rather than jump head first into IV heroin and end up doing too much and the unthinkable happening.

^definitely. IV for the first time is really not a good idea. many fatalities happen this way.
