Opioids shooting the pink liquid methadone???

there was a report in the case studies thread of a guy who used to put it in a pot/pan and put it on low heat and let it condense and he would shoot the condensed liquid and something happened to him (i dont remember what) and he ended up in the hospital and he had been doing that for like a month and metal from the pan actually ended up in his end solution and had microscopic pieces of metal flowing through his blood stream.. i haven't heard anything else about it.. check the case studies thread, and whatever you do DONT DO IT PERIOD nevermind COOKING IT TO MAKE IT MORE CONDENSED!

He used an aluminium pan. Aluminium pans are not used for many things (jam-making being one) because they are too reactive, and this is another purpose for which they are not fit. So: Don't do it at all, if you do, don't cook it to condense it, and if you do, don't use an aluminium pan.
 
Don't know what to get for the junkie who has everything? New 1000cc syringes! Gone are the days of shooting less than a pint of solution. Order now and recieve a box of 6'x6' alcohol swabs!

Anyway, this is a Bad Idea. Please don't shoot up sugary pink cherry-flavoured drugs.

oh iight.. i looked for the post about it but couldn't find it, so thanks for that info, it makes a difference. But it is still a bad idea to cook it and condense it in any pan tho.. the only way i could see it safe is a pyrex beaker over a flame, or possibly a hot plate. But it is still dangerous to IV the oral liquid.. i would at least pass it through a micron filter.

yea sorry guys... The one I was using didn't have the needle attached tho.. It was just plastic and my buddy was gettin these tubes that attached and had a needle on the other side..it was vary hard to do by your self.. But to the point.. Just not a good idea at all period..
 
Actually by reading the ingredient list it doesn't seem too bad at least compared to a lot of the pills out there, not that I am saying its a good idea, I mean its definitely thicker than water, I don't know if thats just because of the sugar and other stuff or if one of those ingredients is some sort of thickening agent.

It had no chunks in it.. It's why I never filterd it.. But you should use micron filters with pils.. It would be nice to know if it's better then pills after the micron process is done.. For harm reduction of course... :)
 
Just because there were "no chunks" in it, doesn't mean it's safe.. wow. Sugar, dye, and other shit that isn't methadone is NOT good to have in your veins.

I do totaly agree that it's prolly not good for you..however I've never actually seen anything that says just howbad it really is.. Every single time this topic comes up.. I'm really almost hesatant to even anser.. 10 times out of ten when I do ppl just troll the hell out of it sayn how bad it is.. Just be nice to have some hard proof.. For harm reduction.. When I started doing it ppl trolling the idea really did no good at stearing away.. Ppl want proof.just a thought

and trayduck thats a rugged rig. i once new someone who used a steroid needle to shoot up and he fell out. yerg no cherry flavored methadone in a syringe for me!

When the majority of people in what tends to be a pretty lenient forum on the subject of "creative alternate ROAs" say unequivocally that this is a bad idea, it is probably a bad idea.

Would you draw up maple syrup and shoot it up? A little bit of research on methadone and how it operates would yield information enough to draw the conclusion that shooting it up in any form is pointless, as noted multiple times above by multiple people.

Presley, congrats on 21 days! Keep it up!
