shooting places only you know about?

The high from plugging most drugs is much closer to snorting a drug but better, your rectum is one of the most densely vein-covered areas in the body and is designed to absorb fluids & their solutes effectively... you may be suprised. Drugs you plug go directly to the blood, they don't need to go through the liver, and bioavailibility is almost always the highest compared to even snorting drugs.

Works with everything from meth to coke to heroin.

Can that "liver by-passing" present some health risks?

James..it seems to me you slipped the hell hole of bupr.. Its not easy being addicted to this shit but its way better than being in the junkie life.. I cant imagine how hell broke lose on you all at once..Im sorry u had to go through all that but its a happy ending i gusss after all the suffering..I guess one of the best qualities in human beings is that we tend to forget and live along... As for ur advice on Marinol..Bro i live in Lebanon..thats in the middle east am sure u musta heard abt it..the meds we have here arnt the same az the ones u find in europe or states..My addiction therapy psychologist prescribed me Paxera..but i didnt buy it cuz i heard its useless... Im unsure whether I can find marinol here or not..But I guess the idea of getting hooked to another med annoyz me..i already have bup to worry abt financially and pschogically, But thanks alot bro..Im glad u passed through the hard phase n u doing alot better..You still do any drugs from time to time or fully clean?

The drugs don't technically bypass the liver, they still get metabolized there eventually. It's just that all drugs you take orally that end up in your small intestine and stomach need to go through the liver first before they reach the blood. Just like all other routes of taking drugs, they still eventually get to your liver and kidneys and get excreted.
