Opioids Shooting Hydromorph Contins

hey im new to the forum and ive got a mildy urgent question, its really simple. ive heard that it is bad to cook pills if SWIM is going to inject them but if u let them to dissolve ...how long do u wait?

i dunno know if this was bad, but when i got hydromorphs in canada, i smashed them as best i could, sifted the powder (if u are talking about the balls in capsules), and cooked away and banged and it was good. im alive, but i dont want to give u bad info. i mean i always cooked my oc's in the us too.

You don't want to cook the pills.

It just dissolves more of the fillers and cuts, you don't need to add heat.

I'd guess the danger is that by heating up certain compounds you cause them to dissolve and then as they cool to body temp they might come out of solution and clog up your pipes. If you heat it and then let it cool and there is no precipitation then you would be okay, likewise if there is some precipitation but only because it is a supersaturated solution then you will be okay as there is lots of blood in you compared to your spoon. But if you are trying to inject something which will not dissolve in blood at body temperature by heating it up then I'd advise against it unless you want sand in your brain.
