Shooting hydromorph contin

I'm going to rehab on January 4 for 6-12 months between now and then I have 7-8 12mg hydromorph contin capsules a day, snorting 7-8 a day keeps me normal and gives me a small buzz but keeps me from being sick. Anyways I'm shooting these fuckers tomorrow for the first time a friend of mine who has experience shooting H and Oxy will be shooting me up and teaching me how to use the syringe etc. I'm just wondering what's the exact step by step for preparing a hydromorph contin shot?

I thought it was:

1. Empty hydromorph contin contents into pill crusher, crush the beads as much as possible
2. Once beads are crushed put powder into spoon
3. Add distilled water to spoon and use plunger to stir
4. Put cotton on top of solution and draw solution up into syringe through the cotton

Is this the correct method for prepAring a hydromorph contin shot? If it isn't please share how to do it properly? Also, does the solution need to be heated? Will everything dissolve or should I expect so residual stuff to be left in the spoon?

Any advice on shooting hydromorph contin and preparing the solution would be greatly appreciated thanks

^^^ iv is bad idea (coming from a recovering iv heroin addict)
you seem to have the process down though. do not heat solution. do not heat it. the beads might be an issue so as you dissolve powder use a tighty balled cotton to filter and then (if possible) Micron filter it. hydromorphone is very water soluable so you should be fine. make sure this junkie friend is experienced with iv usage. examine his tracks. read through proper injection technique. be careful with dosing as iv hydromorphone is extremely potent compared to any other roa.
