multiple times a day for many years could do a hell of a number on the veins.....One more question,

aren't their circulatory system all fucked because of blown veins, like is the blood able to travel back and forth unhindered still, or does it end up all fucked up.
 
Circulation is seriously fucked for people in that position - less functioning veins you have the worse it gets. Mine are bad after over a decade of IV use but some people are even worse. Even when it gets that bad, the cockshot is a rarity and only ever really happens if the shot is gelling up or something. Most common when on an IV coke or speedball binge rather than just day to day heroin (or other) use. Can't imagine anybody makes a habit of it - really is a last ditch act of desperation.
 
The only people I know who have done this have been IVing multiple times daily for many years and have very few options left - it's not something anybody would choose to do unless absolutely desperate, I'd think.

Yeah, but with proper care, rotation and multiple sites one can maintain for a long time. Working out helps keep the veins large and close to the surface.

It acumulates scar tissue though which feels like snap,crackle pop on the way in which isn't nice. Need to take breaks occassionally too. Eventually I guess they collapse no matter what. Due to the nature of the game some people don't have the resources and/or time to use proper care.

If this is for real though you need to get 'your friend' some help. Someday they may want to use that thing for something else and it will be fucked.:\

But yeah, to be honest, people shooting up that often really don't even consider stuff like working out or even basic IV care and attention in my experience. If you're an IV user who's been jacking up many times a day for years who's on a speedball binge involving shooting several shots in an hour - let alone a day, week, month or year - then that kinda stuff just doesn't come into it :\

The only time Ive heard people do it is every other vein is collapsed.But if thats not the case it all goes in the bloodstream.Im sure he has a vein other then his dick,its not gonna get him higher but maybe your buddy is into S&M??

Actually I can IV 4-6 times per day for...well over a year now, all my veins are still here.

The best factors leading to keeping your veins:

31g needle tip
new needle tip every time
avoiding 'binging' (more than 4 or 6 shots in a day)
muscular & cardio work outs
keeping injection sites in an ideal state (wet not dry, warm not cold - in the case of a missed shot)
rotating veins (this means switching between veins and also working from the extremity down to the heart on veins you're re-using).
if you miss a shot - don't re-use that vein till it's recovered 100%

All of this has helped me keep all my veins, despite injecting at least 4-6 times per day (1500-2000 injections/year if you think about it like that).

They would roll easily if you didn't have an erection. Getting a hard on would solve that problem though.

I say this not because I want to see people injecting into their dicks, but I'd NOT like to see the Case Studies thread if one of you all end up not doing it right, so I'd rather share advice and helpful tips instead of "just saying no".
 
I can understand the detachment from body that would occur in the mind of a heavy, veinless H. user. As it was explained, he had been celibate for quite some time because of his using.

i'm just responding to someone up further, about the turkey baster and the OC. when i was in detox there was this other kid there who had a huge scar on his arm, i asked him where he got it, he said he tried to shoot up dope with a turkey baster, no lie. i asked him if it worked, he said no (of course). the fact that there is someone else out there who tried the same shit, mind boggling

yeah the dude that was my "dope buddy" for the entire time I was doing black tar heroin, (was the one who had the mexican connect, would always be together getting high) he was the one who got me to IV for my first time (instead of snorting) and EVERY single time we would score and pull off the road to get high, he would ALWAYS shoot up in his neck.... I see people posting stuff ^ above like someone shooting up in there neck is hardcore, it is not even shocking to me anymore since how many times I was exposed to him doing it..... he would shoot up in the big vein on the left side of his neck (jugular) because it is really really hard to miss cause its so big, and he claimed it provided a quicker harder rush..... he tried to talk me into doing it (only shot up 4 times before quitting), but I wouldn't listen to him and only shot up in the crack on my arm.....

how do you shoot up in boobs? i have only seen tiny tiny tiny veins on a few pars. must have had some huge boobs, or a huge vein.



i have seen intervention where a person shot up in their neck. i always thought that was weird, i dont think i could do that. i guess the lady doing it couldnt do it to well either, she kept moving it around and getting little drops of blood to register and i thought it was going to jell up on her, but somehow she go a huge plume to enter. it looked like it was her first time

i also have seen people using veins on their face like above their eyebrows
 
well then, im just curious why? if all your veins are totally thrashed from shooting it up, maybe you should stop? and even if you dont want too...what happens if you fuck up that vein? damn..thatd be a dream killer...
I guess you could, but i dont think itd really be worth it...and damn. Painful

People shoot into the jugular. It's a dumb thing to do, not only for the obvious reasons but because it would take longer to hit you then shooting anywhere else on your body (since the jugular carries blood from the brain). Why would it be more dangerous to shoot into the jugular then on any other vein in the neck?
