Shit I didn't even think! Xanax and heroin

Well I am the type of person who does research but on this occasion why the fuck didn't I?

I woke up had 2 points of meth before/during work. First time I've used anything at this work place.

Going home I decide that I can't go in all revved up and scattered. So I take 2mg of xanax and the then Smoke some smack not sure how much as it was moist and almost gel like(don't ask) about .5mm radius ball. Though its h that I don't usually use and is much weaker.

My tolerance to benzos? I can take around 100mg of valium and notice slight effects. I am currently tapering of and down I my last 5mg from 90mg a day.

My heroin tolerance or opiates in general is really hard to say. I would go through top qaulity .5g 4# china white In 4-5 days. That smack is pure I've seen warnings some places on the net about it so yeah.
My main ROA is snort or smoke.

It just hit me shit ! I'm having trouble breathing. This was after having another line.

I took the 2mg xanax almost 4 hours ago. Though xanax has a duration of 3 ish hours. I think I might just stay away for a little longer just incase.

P.S yes flame me I know, I'm usually the person who doesn't take anything before knowing interactions dosage per kg etc.

Can anyone offer some Experience or advice?

The combo is very dangerous, Benzos and heroin=MAJOR CNS depression. I mean I would say obviously that's a badsign but if you can take 100mgs of valium and barely feel anything? I don't see how 2mgs of xanax would do much...guess by itself that only applys though since you did the smack as well..its probably the smack doin more cns depression than the xanax in your case. I have dealed with the same combo and various other benzo and opiate combinations etc and for me I just kept my breathing as a steady pace forcibly and kept my mind off it as much as I can. Don't try so hard that you hypervenilate. Do something to keep yourself from dosing off, stay busy etc. Ialways felt like I was gonna stop bbreathing but never did. Not saying you should ignore obviously as its dangerous but just stay calm and keep busy, watch TV, play video games go onthe computer etc. Your tolerance is high to benzos so it has to be the heroin mainly affecting you right now..just find something to do..are you nodding?

I'm not nodding at all, though my breathing is abnormal. As in my chest feels tight. I don't feel really chilled or anything, I still feel wired but body tired and not so worried about going to sleep but I won't just yet.
It's a pity because I don't really feel one drug profoundly than the other.
And I'm not bullshitting about the 100mg, I was rather disappointed .
 
Since it has almost been 7-8 hours since I took the 2mg of xanax is it safe to have another smoke of h?
 
Eh idk man. Your chest feeling tight and having abnormal breathing at that doesn't sound good at all. I honestly would wait till you comedown completely. Just to be safe seriously. Wait and see if one of the mods reply...they tend to know a lot way more than I do
 
Meth can depress respiration, too. Nasty combination. If your're still having respiratory issues, it seems like a bad plan to smoke more H.
 
I've done the benzo/heroin/methamphetamine combo once before; the methamphetamine, granted you had real quality product, is going to override the latter benzo/heroin combo.

I'd say you'll be fine. Don't take any more CNS depressants. Have someone watch over you if you're really that concerned.
 
Do some moderate cardio gradually escalating to some higher intensity work; brisk walk up a hill while blasting some stimulating music in your ears.

Need to elevate HR and stimulate your sympathetic nervous system to compel your adrenal medulla to release some norepinephrine to effect an increase in cardiac contractions.
 
If you're so concerned about the combination and amount of drugs you've taken that you needed to make a thread, I would STRONGLY recommend that you not take anything else until you're completely sober and can reassess the situation. Figure out which drug has the longest half life and wait at least 3 or 4 half lives before you redose on anything. If you have already done more h (since you posted several hours ago) and you feel you're experiencing an excessive amount of CNS depression please get medical help or at the very least call a friend to come over and keep an eye on you.

OP, the only thing to do is to seek medical attention when you are feeling at risk of overdose. We can't help you, because if you are overdosing it's not a matter of a cold shower or pacing or anything that's going to help, you need medical attention.

It has been a few hours since your last post, so hopefully everything worked out fine.

Re: CNS depression; would ingest klonopin, smack, together; then wake up gasping for breath not realizing what was happening. If you must ingest heroin avoid all benzos (including valium) so you don't put yourself to sleep permanently. The brain is a wonderful organ that regulates breathing, body temps, movement, thoughts, but it is possible to sedate your brain stem to the point it cannot receive incoming messages to wake up. Maybe research your drug's molecular structure. Respect the pharmacology. I think you'll appreciate the euphoric effects even more.

Quality advice - I'm growing fond of you, Venrak.

Go to the ER, be honest with your dosing, and they can react accordingly potentially saving your life.
 
What I'm more worried about in your post is how much heroin alone you may have taken - it sounds like you have quite a high benzo tolerance so 2mg Xanax *probably* wouldn't make much of a difference, it's more the fact that you're not sure how much heroin you took and since you were on meth as well you might've taken more than you realised and the meth is clouding the smack's effects. That's usually how speedball/speedball-like ODs occur. Regardless, if you're having trouble breathing and are worried you've taken too much, the only smart thing to do is to get yourself to a hospital ASAP.
 
Well I won't be mixing those two again. I was fine I think after reading things about it I was more aware of it.
I took my usual 50mg of endep and stayed up on YouTube with my partner for a while before all major symptoms past.

Kinda sucks that I have xanax and h but can't smoke the h because of guests in the house.

As for xanax I've taken 1.7 bars and .5 of xanax is 10mg of valium.
That's around 70mg of valium, considering crosterance etc and its not the same chemical but does belong to the benzo group should it not be having a greater effect?
This was taken over a period of 4 hours.
