Shipping Time with Customs

I heard that EZ test is having issues with Customs holding up the shipments. It received an email though saying my new kit should arrive 4-8 days a few days after I ordered it. Has anyone in the US been having any troubles?

4 days for overseas shipping is pretty quick IMO. Generally things take about 1-2 weeks IME.

customs arent going to open a tiny little package .


and i would know this because i order many fake clothes and pirate videos from china and around the world and they usually arrive in 10 days . . . .

customs do random searches and dont look through every package that goes through .. duh

And they have been. I was wondering if anyone on BL had a first hand experience with this.

I was supposed to get my shipment a few days ago. I was wondering if there was some problem as well.

I can't say for lately... I got my latest test kit Dec last year to Australia. I don't think (from memory) it was opened by customs.

My first test kit I bought in early 2005 did get opened by customs. No problem though, the package had been just taped back up and sent on to me with a notice saying all good has been inspected by customs and no problemo, TEST AWAY SON! :D ......okay maybe that last bit I exagerated a little

The 4-8 days thing.. I got that too, but my kit ended up taking about 2 weeks to show up.
(This was around a month ago)

They are sending the kits out in bubble mailers postmarked from a spa company.
I suppose this is to make it look like you are getting a little shipment of aromatic oils or something, as they (reagents&oils) come in the same type of bottle.
