A friend of mine rolled two nights in a row over the weekend with multiple doses of molly (good, tested pure molly). She texted me this morning saying that she was feeling dizzy and all I could tell her was to supplement 5-HTP, get rest, stay hydrated, and not touch MDMA for awhile.

Any other suggestions I can give her to aid in her recovery after a 2 night binge?

She also just noted that she twitches a little bit when she sleeps which isn't normal for her.

Lots of vitamins and generally lots of food, and she'll have to sit out the feelings of depression (which will be a lot more then just a regular roll)

hang out with her to keep her happy and tell her to stay around friends so that she won't be depressed

Ugh i got those night twitches too about a week ago just tell her to try and keep her mind off it she should seriously lay off mdma for a good while and she'll notice her body recovering in due time

She should recover soon enough but you should remind her that if she abuses it and doesn't wait 1-2 months between using then her comedowns will start to get worse and will last a long time. All the things you suggested to her should help a lot with recovery.

I was dumb abused MDMA a few years ago by rolling every weekend for a few months because I was unaware of this site and I didn't know all the negative affects it could lead to. To make a long story short, I was depressed and didn't feel like myself for about a year and I attribute all of it to my MDMA use. Luckily, I feel like my old self because I stopped abusing and only use no more than twice a year.

On top of my OP, I recommended organic green tea for her since it always elevates my mood and I know it has wonderful anti-oxidants and I also recommended my favorite post MDMA smoothie that contains fresh blueberries, chopped strawberries, organic orange juice, greek yogurt, and organic orange juice blended with ice. I've always felt a ton better after a rough night out when I drink it. I did tell her that the only cure is going to be time so hopefully she'll make a speedy recovery and learn to not do this again! :D

My friend did the exact same thing (rolled 2 nights in a row)- the twitches are very common, and she experienced them too, as well as a lot of the typical symptoms. I always warn people intending to roll that close together, but it's hard to stop some people =/
