I've been in the relationship I am in for about a year and a half. My girlfriend has a lil boy who is disabled. He has a seizure disorder and was born non vocal. He has never seen his father and I have stepped in and took that figure in his life and never plan on leaving. I love this lil dude with every last piece of my heart. He recently started using the sign for daddy when he needs or asks for me and I love it. Today I am sick from the obvious. I was laying on the bed and he came up to me and signed that I was hurt, pointed to my stomach and gave me a kiss in the check and layed down beside me with his head on my chest. I got a bit teary eyed, told him I loved him and he fell asleep a bit ago. :)

I got to Skype with my girlfriend earlier, and I may Skype with her again in a bit. :)

Also, I got my laundry done and got through my after care group at rehab (it was incredibly boring today, all we do is talk about how our week went but nobody wanted to be there/talk about anything this week so it just dragged on...)

I miss my aftercare program. It is going on at this very moment. But I have to accrue two weeks sobriety before I return, and it's been over a year since I've had two weeks :( To put a positive spin on it, I'll use this as motivation to stay clean and get back there.

Nice positive spin there brah <3. Aftercare is important, I remember going when I was fresh out of rehab, it was very helpful though I wish listened more and took more from it. I was young and dumb though. <3 You'll make your two weeks <3. You got to man!

^^ Definitely try and get back into that!! You're incredibly lucky to have attended rehab with an aftercare program that will let you back in after relapsing as long as you get two weeks sober!

And while today's group was boring, I do enjoy going most of the time. At first I hated it but now that I know everyone there it's nice to hear how people are doing, and have just that many more people to be held accountable to ya know??

I think having something to do that involves a meeting/a fixed time period is the best form of distraction, definitely! Motivates me to get up and ready/etc too which i dont do on free days, but should because it makes me feel better.

Today i remembered an awesome song from years ago! Little snips of it have been coming to me for weeks but i couldnt place them.. made my day!

I was able to drag myself to workout in the gym even after the unbelievable stress I have experienced today at work. Kudos to me :)

Spent the day In Santa Cruz at UCSC with my girlfriend. Had a great (&sober) halloween!! Had an awesome time. And my back is thoroughly scratched all to hell, from my girlfriend. ;)

^Nice! It's always great, no matter the job to get out and have normal human contact. I found work (even though the work it self at times sucked) I always enjoyed the company of people :).

Had another yummy dinner with my family and I am sooo bloated

There's frosting left over in the refrigerator, which I plan to eat from the jar. Yum.

It's a another Sunday to rest and clean my room and this cute baby!!!
