I've got some money coming in, and even though my bank is still in the red, I'm feeling positive about my situation and am looking forward to starting my career fresh again in a new landscape.

I've got lots of debt to work off but I'm just gonna muscle through it like I always do

Had a helper at work.. out in eight making nice money. Now let’s make it a weekly thing.

My bank removed all my overdrafts and I got my account out of the red finally

Saw some friends. Currently Visiting parents first time since christmas. Happy to see my brothers too.
Also did 22 pushups in a row earlier today, so gainz!

Work days done. Two days off and The Packer game is almost going off.

Been fairly chill today, slept in a bit, and later spent most of the day inside playing video games while it tried to snow outside. Tomorrow morningish I am going to get my windows tinted. Looked into what was legal and what wasn't, and I think I am going to go with the lowest legal tint on the front windows, and might go a tad darker in the back. Both legal hopefully.
I used to never care, but now its something nice that I am wanting to get.
Off work Monday as well. MLK day. So might spend some of the day just tidying up a bit.

So I’ve been on my new ward specialising in neurology for almost three weeks now. Glad to be back to doing my regular duties and the new ward is 10 times better than my last. First time I’m working on a weekend so I’ll be very glad to receive weekend and shift penalty rates again. The new team is fantastic. Like no one and nothing is perfect but even their worst is better than my previous ward. Finally some good news to report.

Recently getting back in touch with some friends and family that I haven't spoken to in a while. A support group of people who genuinely care for my well being feels good.

My food stamps application was approved. Now I just gotta wait for my card and I won't have to worry about food for a little while.

Hell yeah @deficiT . I always loved being on food-stamps, I don't care what anyone says. That was like the only stable income that I had coming in for a while. I'd sell half, and use the rest to buy like survival food (rice, beans, oatmeal). Worrying about buying food does suck. I hated going hungry while on the streets.

Went and got my car windows tinted, and on the way back I stopped at Walmart to pick up a few things. Place was packed. Now just going to chill.

Dropped a little loot today and finished up layaway on a nice watch and then picked up a pair of Maui Jim shades. Been rolling costas but nothing beats Maui lenses. A little materialism isn’t wholly wrong.. work my ass off might as well buy a few nice things

Got my insurance card in so won't run out meds, and got my other credit card in so won't run out of food + cigs

I did not get high today and caught a glimpse of reality for the first time in 2 months.

I'm getting a lot fitter. I'm always underweight, but I'm doing alright at 61kg (134.4lbs) at 178cm tall (5'10) atm. Way better than my low of 56-57kg his year. Hoping to hit like 65-68kg. I've never weighed more than 65kg in my life. If I can get past that I'll be super stoked.
