-Talked for a long time with an old friend and they are doing well

Did have a good cardio today and I walked over 10 kilometers (7 miles). Going to the gym tomorrow with my friend. My other good friend starts his sublocade treatment tomorrow

my parents finally stopped bitching at me because i only shower and change my clothes once a week.. like i had physical therapy and a doctors appointment in the past few days and i've been wearing the same clothes and my parents didn't say anything. i guess they realize they can't get me to change.. i was telling them i read an online article about the correct way to shower and some people say every three days... so i go a week who cares...

at one point my father got pissed at me a few months ago, he was like "it's bull shit that you don't want to shower" he was like really stern. i didn't like it... i'm glad they kind of backed off. definite relief.
