My hands constantly shake. And get worse after smoking or taking stims. They have shaked for as long as I remember. Does anyone have any experience or advice on shaky hands?

Drug use can(often) cause this - especially stimulants like tobacco and whatever your taking. Stop taking drugs for a few months and it will probably cease, or atleast subside.

You most likely have the same thing I have.

Clinically, it's a benign tremor. Mental and physical stress will temporarily worsen the shakes as will undue stress caused from drug use.

You can get meds to take daily to stop it, I opted not to; I know many people with the same problem. It's easier to just deal with it.

I got over being embarrassed from people telling me years ago that my hands were shaking. At rest, it's a very mild tremor and not it's not parkinsons and does not lead to it.

I tried accupuncture and a course of herbs over the course of a month once and that worked really well actually.

Anyway, if it doesn't impede your life any real way i wouldnt worry too much about it, it's not uncommon.

Same here. One time at the doctor's office he noticed my hands shaking. I told him it has happened my entire life and he concluded it was a genetic thing, since my mother also has it. Gets worse under certain conditions, but I sometimes use it to get out of doing work-related duties :D "I need you to carve this meat for the wedding" "I can't, I have this tremor thing where my hands shake uncontrollably" "Oh, alright" *does nothing all night and gets paid just the same*

For essential tremor Docs might prescribe a beta-blocker or some epilepsy medicines if it is really bothering you. Many people find the side-effects of those drugs more problematic than the tremor. The amount of relief they provide can vary quite a bit also.

i have this, it goes when i eat a helathy, fruit/veg ONLY diet, and limit my caloric intake to around 1000+ max a day, unless im doing a super long physical workout day..

so i'd say eat healthy and not too much, stims must also play a part

I'm gonna try eating healthily for abit. problem is I really don't enjoy it. But if it stops the shakes that's good. Thanks for the advice.
