So SF residents are all bitching about open air drug use after repeatedly shoot down closed air drug use centers.
They want to keep arresting people and forcing ppl that dont want to quit into expensive rehabs for 30 days. The same thing america has been doing for decades while the problems get worse. Whats the definition of insanity again?
