sexting on my phone wouldn't be very exciting. i'v been at a party, gotten a text from a girl i was standing right next to, playing pong with or whatever, that said something like "let's fuck." that count? i wouldn't put a finger down in Never Have I Ever.
 
I have, but only with words - not photos. I've never forwarded anything to other people.

And I'd only "sext" with someone I'm really into. Otherwise it's just a waste of money. :p
 
With words, yeah. But people will share pictures, so I tend to shy away from that. Maybe a sexually suggestive picture, but not a nude.
 
I only tend to sext with words, not pictures. Usually it's with a guy I'm already sleeping with, and one of us will text to say we are thinking about something we did. I wouldnt send a dirty text to someone I hadnt already fucked unless I was sure they would reciprocate.
 
My wife sometimes sends me photos of her delicious bewbs when I'm at work, which always brightens my day. She asked for a photo of my cock when we first started going out. She told me a couple of years later it wasn't for her to look at but a gay friend of hers. Oh well lol.
 
Is it sexting if you take pics of yourself and email them to someone or do you have to do it on a cell phone?

I just send silly pics of things I find while working or during my day to friends, or my cat to friends.

I sometimes text but I don't cyber on there or anything.
 
Is it just me or does this shit just seem retarded? I would feel incredibly stupid if I sent text messages like that to people. Just wait until you get in the bedroom (among other places where sex is had.. haha) where the sex and nudity belong.

Besides, it's never smart to send pictures (or text) that are pornographic in nature. IT WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU. Period. These things have ruined so many careers and families (think Tiger Woods--his wife, Elin, found out he was cheating on her after seeing sexy messages in his cell phone). Some asshole will always save your pictures and texts and then put them up on the internet for all to see later on, and while you're interviewing for a once in a lifetime job the boss looks you up and the first thing that shows is a picture of you flashing your tits. Everyone should learn from other peoples' mistakes regarding this crap but they don't seem to care until it happens to them. The internet is not a safe place to keep things private and the same goes with cell phones. Anyone can hack into your accounts and take whatever they want. I wouldn't even have risque pictures in a private account online due to the fact that there are some huge assholes out there.

It also just seems really juvenile to say the least. You especially hear about 14 year old girls in the news these days. Some states are even charging these girls with harboring child pornography because they took and then sent out such graphic pictures of themselves. But really, I think of people who sound like the quote below when it comes to "sexting."

"OMG lyke herez muh pic 4 u. hope u lyke it its so sexy i took it just for u baby! dont show any1 else k? promise me u wont its a special thing between u and me babe."

its not always possible to be in the bedroom with your lover. i lived on the other side of the country for two years, send naughty pics kept our sex life interesting.

in the US, when it comes to manslaughter, drugs, and sex, our laws are so fucking silly sometimes (especially if you make children the perpetrator in any of those three areas). I was using my younger brother's cell phone for whatever reason, and I decided to go through his pics. Couldn't help myself, but I am his older, adult brother, so I felt like it was alright. No probable cause needed. One of them was of a female friend and was not a smart thing to have on your phone. Having recently read a bunch of news stories about the ridiculous charges kids were facing for taking/sending pics of themselves or receiving/possessing their girlfriends', when I gave him his phone back I told him, "you can't have that pic saved on your phone if you bring it to school." Next time I visited home I heard he had been in the principles office for it. Luckily his high school isn't into making a huge deal out of nothing. Who would want that press?

so sexting may be cool and all, but if you are under 18 in the US it is a HUGE FUCKING DEAL if the man finds out. You might not be able to buy a handgun when you turn 21. Oh yea, and your parents will likely spend every dime they have in court trying to keep you from being officially registered as a pariah for the rest of your life.

Let me clarify for everyone here: When I hear the word "sexting," I'm thinking of middle school kids sending pictures of one another around, not adults in relationships or whatever. I don't see any problem with sending your significant other a kinky picture as, well, you're an adult and can do whatever you damn well please concerning this subject.

But yeah, I guess I identify the word "sexting" with teenagers because of all the news reports and other bullshit I've read or seen via the news. Apparently this whole sexting thing has gotten out of control in junior highs and high schools across the country which is kind of sick.

Yeah, I think that the punishments our government doles out to teenagers who send illicit pictures of themselves across the internet or to others' cell phones are way too harsh. Some states will even leave the teenager responsible for sending a picture of THEMSELF a convicted child molester, and that shit stays with you for life.

That's way too extreme for this case. So yeah, I agree tenfold that our government has some ridiculous laws and ass backwards views on things.
 
Yes, my girlfriend and I are guilty of sexting. Sometimes our texts get pretty hot.
