I don't know about sexy, but as a guy, I think big traps look the "meanest".

In regards to women, I don't like them particularly muscular. Also, I don't like it when women are excessively lean. I am not a fan of the ripped abdominals in a women, I prefer a smooth stomach with perhaps a faint outline of abdominal muscles...
