I’ve been drinking since early early teen years, shrooms and molly user as a teenager, coke and whippit addict in my late teens, survived the xandemic during a heavy alcoholism phase. I had a seizure from Xanax withdrawals at 19 and I got sober for 11 months in 2017, but haven’t been consistently sober since. I’ve gone through phases of being an only weekend drinker til my last relationship ended in 2024. I’ve been a daily drinker since, with lots and lots of coke and whippits throughout. Started dabbling in meth the past few months and now we’re here. Trying to stay off the needle and always trying my best to practice harm reduction, s/o to these forums putting me on to lots of suggestions.
As much as I’ve had substance abuse issues in my teen years, starting fssw at the prime age of barely 18 kicked it into full force. I became homeless a month after I turned 18 and opted to stay local to my hometown rather then follow my family across the state. I found my “pimp” shortly after and ended up living with him and a rotating roster of escorts for 5 years until his arrest. An awful alcohol problem started first, worse than before anyways. Having a late 30s pimp supplying me alcohol and whippits so I’m able to work helped. 100lbs me shot up to 150lbs in a year. Wasn’t til the seizure from benzos 2 years into being with him til I got sober for a bit. It wasn’t til after his arrest I spiraled again. I’m still in the industry and love it, make no mistake on that. I just happen to be an addict as a sex worker, not BECAUSE I’m a sex worker.


Figured it’s time to make an account on here, especially now that Reddit drug threads are all I’m doomscrolling on these days, sober and spun.

Welcome to the forum

If possible taper off whatever drugs you choose to quit. Even after you taper , you'll go through withdrawals

Best thing you can do is join a gym and train every body part once every four to five days

Take in high protein , healthy eating, carbs and fats depending on what weight you want for reach

Sleep good every night
