Never tried 2-CB and never had full on sex on mescaline cactus but I have gotten a blowjob on mescaline cactus which was pretty amazing. As far as a sex enhancer goes it would be difficult to top 5-meo-mipt or 4-ho/aco-mipt. Both of those chemicals make me and my girlfriend extremely horny and the sex on 5-meo-mipt is pretty spectacular. This was only while coming up in those drugs though. I wasn't horny at all after the come up.
Also, keep in mind that a lot of people really dislike 5-meo-mipt and it has a ridiculously low dosage. Like 1-10mg.

Sex on mescaline is the best sex I've ever had hands down. The methoxylated and hydroxylated MiPTs made me horny but sex on mescaline is a completely in-tune spiritual experience of taking each other to total ecstasy and orgasm feels like you're shooting the energy of the gods themselves right into your partner. Heh that doesn't really surprise me since mescaline puts me in my most native and pure state. By that I guess I mean honest, truthful and uncomplicated. And it happens relatively unproblematic, it is not like harsh ego dissolution is first necessary to show what is underneath but rather like it all gets in tune, so beautifully that the potentially following soul visions are finding their way easily because a super dilated moment of clarity is produced. I.e. free from desire and open to everything that aligns.

2C-B feels more tactile and sensitively reinforced but it is a bit artificial.
Mescaline would be more real, but might require more emotional and spiritual investment and 2C-B is probably more accessible and reliable, like a shortcut but to only part of the essence.

I've never had 2C-B so I can't draw a comparison... I've heard its quite erotic though from a number of my friends.
With this particular mescaline experience, we couldn't help it... There were three of us and myself and my partner left the other one to her own devices while we went and did our thing... It was incredible. And unlike the hedonistic drugs that push things too far to recover from, it strengthened our relationship. The only thing was the awkwardness for a week about the skeletons coming out. We just didn't talk about it but then they came out again and there was no closet anymore. lol.
What amazed me was that sex was not a problem at all. Especially given that the 2-carbon phens, MDA, MDMA, methylone, and mephedrone all made it damn near impossible for me.

As a guy, I find it incredibly difficult to achieve orgasm on mdma. It's not impossible though. And erections are easily attained but the almighty orgasm usually seems fleeting. The girlfriend organs like crazy on mdma though.

As A side note, the very best sex I've ever had was with the same girlfriend after we dropped acid. My consciousness literally became my penis. That's all there was for me. Mescaline and sex is the winner in my book. Similar to sex on LSD (spiritual/bodymeshing). I haven't done 2C-B but of all the 25x/2Cx compounds that I've tried that made me horny they always just felt like exotic stimulants in the sexual aspect anyway.
