SEX...my liver and vikes...

Alright, last night I was having sex with my boyfriend and it hurt really bad up inside. Like above my cervix. I was wondering if my liver could be hurting because, I have been averaging about 7, 5/500 mil vikes a day for the last few months. I am worried. Does anyone know if it could be my liver that is hurting me? By the way, we weren't having hard sex... just regular bumpin' and thumpin'.
 
Have you been drinking alcohol whilst taking these pills?
 
no, smoking a little. So I can take 7 pills a day without really worring about the effects of the acetamitaphen?
 
you can do whatever you want, just make sure you follow the pack instructions.
 
I know 4 grams is the generally accepted limit but I have heard of at least 1 case of impaired liver function from a 2 pill a day habit.
 
whereas I have never exceeded the limit of apap, and I am a daily drinker which may skew the results, my liver function test results were def. effected by my use of vicodin...though, fortunately, not to dangerous levels. Goddamned, apap and all those drugs containing that crap can all go straight into the friends' casts' bellies--I aint screwing with that shit any longer...better drugs exist.

its all good as long as you dont have any liver condition such as hepatitis. i suggest getting tested to ensure that your liver is functioning properly and that you have no diseases which affect the liver. otherwise you could be doing serious damage (though even if you were doing damage you would probably not feel any pain, as there are very few, if any nerves in the liver). another good idea is to start taking n-acetyl-cysteine...
 
Don't worry its not your liver, taking one pill a day will not damage your liver. Your have more chance of getting ulcer than liver damage.
 
IF you have access to that much Vicodin and take it regularly, then it might be worth you getting say a fortnights worth of Vic's and doing a cold water extrction on them (do a search for "Cold Water Extraction" if you don't knwo what I mean), then each day you just measure out 1/14 of the liquid you collect from te extraction and there's your daily hydrocodoen dose without the APAP.

Obviously you'd have to be careful and not drink the whole extraction at once or you'd kill yourself by OD.
 
I am taking like 35/3500 miligrams of hydro and apap a day. Is that too much for my liver to handle? I am nervous, I am really bad at interpreting directions on CWE. It confuses me, and I am scared to do it, for the sake of fucking up and losing all my hydro. Do you think I am damaging my liver? I am nervous, because the cramps seem to be getting worse.
 
go to whole foods or a health food store, and get this stuff called liver-x...it's got milk thistle and NAC in it. it ranges between $20 and 30/bottle, but I think that it is totally worth it.

from the sounds of it; if you have no pre-existing liver conditions, then you should be fine. the recommended daily max of APAP is 4000mg. imo that's a really conservative (sp?) number.

at any rate, it never hurts to between your liver function. you may have something else going on it your unmentionables...could even just be a bruise from a prioir romp. i can help you figure out what it is, it you would like ;)

LOL! I swear to god, I am clean.... I mean I probably should go in and get my annual done, but that would probably hurt worse than the cramps. To make matters worse, I always end up getting a perv doctor who tells of ' full pelvic exams' involving my ass! Quaks. Anyways, so everything should be okay then? I also have a big favor to ask one of you all. I am a moron. I would really love to do CWE. I need it spelled out for me though. Can someone tell me exactly what to do if I were to perform it on 10 -5/500 ml vikes? Your effort is appreciated so much. I really love all of you so much.

Its easy get a cup of warm water, dissolve the amount of pills you want in it, put the cup with the dissolved pills(crush em if they dont dissolve) and place it in your refrigerator for about 20 or so minutes, check by sticking ur finger in and see if it's cold, if it's cold and the powder has settled to the bottom its good, now take it out and put the solution through a coffee filter, you will have a large chunk of wet powder in the filter, this is the tylenol, throw it away. You will have very little if any remaining tylenol in the cup, drink it.
 
actually this could be the onset of something serious, im not saying it is, but you should get it checked out, it could be possible PID(pelvic inflammatory disease) among many other things, talk to a gynecologist about your symptoms if they persist
 
While barely anyone has addressed the real question in this thread, it's definately worth answering.

It's highly unlikely that the pain that you're suffering from is in any way related to your APAP usage. We're not doctors here, but you might have a serious problem on your hands, i reccomend you visit a gynecologist soon, only they can better diagonsis what the problem might be.

let me perform the pelvic exam, and i'll personally show you how to do a CWE. sounds fair, doesn't it? :)

seriously; it's not the APAP, but you should go get it checked out. you might be clean, but your b/f may have done something...you just never know. i'm not trying to start something out of nothing, and a gyno would be able to figure it all out. either see me, or find one that's not a quack :D
 
Thanks so much for the offer naturalone, with regret, I have to decline:) What it has to do with sex is.... I noticed some cramping, tenderness in my abdomen a few days ago. Then when I was having sex, every time he pushed himself inside of me I felt a really really sharp pain. He thought I was moaning, but really I was trying to keep from screaming. I thought it might be do to the hydro I have been taking everyday for almost a year now.
