Ok well *I* am definitely more concerned about the pervy men.

This is part of the appeal of all kinks and (to some extent) sex in general.

I've been to nudist festivals many times. I'm 100% sure that I'd rather people not walk around naked and I'm 100% sure that I don't want to see people fucking on the bus stop.

I’ve never actually met a transwoman who was planning or even discussed bottom surgery. I got the impression they all planned to keep their lady-dicks. Although they were sometimes very shy about them.

Ok one TS/TG woman I am friends with went to Thailand and she had the full SRS. Another took hormones and had silicone injections but she is super hesitant about the other surgery as it is risky, apparently can make sex and masturbating a lot less pleasurable, it is permanent, and dialation has to be done daily.
