Sex and Lifting Weights.

Hey everyone,


I have sex on a daily basis and I would say maybe 10 to 12 times a week and lift high intensity training of sprinting-Super s weight- drop set combos.

I am feeling burnt out after having so much sex with the weight lifting and sprints. Is this Normal. I am 5 foot 3 190 pounds 13 percent body fat 25 years old lifting for 5 years started at 118 pounds.

I am wondering if its from the insomnia of being on bulking cycle with 500 mg test and 30 mg dbol with hcg eod 300 iu
 
nope. im on nearly the same cycle. 500-t, 40-dbol, 150-tren. i cant stop fucking. i love my gf but she is shady so i go out a few times a week with a couple of FWB. its still not enough. i wake up saluting and dream saluting. but i also take (idk if i can say the name or not) an otc pill with yohimbe, goat weed, and other goodies. great for pumps not just um pumps. youre probably overexhausting yourself. HIT's can do that to ya. i find long distance running helps. great for multi-o's sometimes 2-3 continuous and 7-11 total (no not the store) have them hunnies sprung :D
also good for developing overall endurance in all aspects of life.

do you take creatine or bcaas?
b complex?
any detoxifying vitamins/minerals? you can get sluggish if you dont
 
From previously posts I got he's from Asia. I hear that's all they do over there.

Its the high intensity I think bro. I got the Meathead scream in the gym pushing myself with drop sets,super sets and sprints.I am taking creatine bcaa's 4 scoops whey. When I was taking maca I was pretty good on fucking. I try to relax and lay at the beach 2 hours a day 4 or 5 days a week.

I work on with international pro bodybuilders. They charge 5 dollars a training session here so I am getting pushed to the max here.
 
Any cycle will fuck with your dick. I only did 2 weeks of mdrol and my junk wasnt workign right for months. Lifting does affect test levels a little bit, but releasing that many loads a week will definitly take a toll. Just dont lift for atleast 1 week and see how you feel.
