severe PAIN + NAUSEA -- what to do?

....I know you're probably going to think whatever about this, but I can almost guarantee that if you pursue yoga, and really give it a chance it will stop 75% of your pain. I know this sounds like a joke to most people but I know FORSURE this will greatly help you. More than you can imagine.
....If you don't train with weights, start that also. 3 times per week for 30 min - 1 hour and that will do wonders as well. I know it will seem like a pain in the ass to get started but just give it 3 months and you will be amazed at the outcome providing that you put some honnest effort into it. Trust me you won't bulk up or start to get big at all. It will only make you firmer and stronger. So don't believe the myth that it will bulk you up because it takes a lot of intense training to do that.
....Jog or fast walk or something similar for 20-30 minutes 3 or more times a week. You can alternate it with your weight trainging days or do it on the same day.
....As far as supplements try GLUTAMINE. Its an amino acid that comes in powder or capsule form. Only buy the powder form and take 2 teaspoons 6 days a week. There isn't a lot written on this helping for your situation but I have many women on this and it does wonders.
....I'll look into some more supplements for you, and I can even send you some for cost as I own a store in canada and its cheap.....
let me know how it works out for you. take care...drop me an email.

I will look into yoga. I was doing yoga 5/days a week for almost 3 months a few years ago, and from what I recall it did not help my cramps at all, but perhaps I needed to be doing a different kind, or for a longer period of time.
I run 2-6 days a week, sometimes for as much as an hour and a half at a time. My cramps are the same whether I run or not.
I weight train 3 times a week, and no effect whatsoever on my cramps.
I will look into the glutamine also.
Thanks for the suggestions.

People have cramps so bad heroin doesn't make the pain go away?!?!?
This blows my mind. I can take what is an all but broken foot bang it into something hard while on heroin and barely notice.

I agree with the Phenergan suggestion. When I had my wisdom teeth out and was on several Percosets for the first week after, it more or less eliminated the extreme nausea caused by the percs. It might make you a little drowsy, but you will definitely not experience nausea to the same degree.
Also, I know you said the NSAIDS had not worked for you in the past, but I would still like to recommend prescription strength Anaprox which I am prescribed for severe menstrual cramps (I have a retroverted uterus too and know how painful cramps can be!).
Benzos also are a great way to make that time of the month more tolerable.
Feel better!

I've tried anaprox too! :(
In response to the greenlighter:
1) Heroin doesn't help enough for my pain, and makes me nauseous (not while I am on it, incidentally, but for the day and a half following).
2) I cannot move this thread. I don't have mod powers in this forum.
3)You would whine too, believe me. All I can say is you have not felt this kind of pain or you would understand why I'm so frustrated with it.
Oh, and I've had accupuncture before. It doesn't do anything for me.
quale -- Yep, cramps = evil. It is the curse of being female, I swear.

When I first posted, the possible leukotriene involvement in your problem didn't occur to me. But thinking about it, I think your theory may well be right. There's a chance you could have an excess of them which is causing you inflammation and spasm beyond normal. I'd definately try and get some kind of leukotriene blocker from your doc.
In the meantime, I've got one last suggestion. Maybe you've already know this or have tried it, but I used to find that the most effective treatment for recreational opiate nausea was Maxalon (metoclpramide hydrochloride). I think the American equivalent for this drug is Reglan.
If you can get your hands on it, IOmg oral should be enough but you could do it I.M. as yours seems pretty bad. If you take it with an opiate it'll increase the effects a bit so beware. I found it to be especially good for that day-after nausea you spoke of and it wont make you drowsy (bonus!)
I don't want to be seen to be encouraging anyone to do opiates but, seeing as you've already done them and you have a big problem to cope with every month, I thought it was worth a mention.
If that doesn't work, I'm buggered if I know :)

what are you trying to accomplish here? Do you just want attention? Do you want us to tell you how bad we feel for you. This is a board for questions about drug use. Either move your own post to Health forum or go fucking ask your doctor. Stop complaining to us, this just seems like a pathetic attempt to gain attention.

Try dramamine for the opiates/opoids... Other than that, your bleeding from the crotch has no relivance to Other Drugs. Bye.
