Severe headaches suspected from racetam / tamoxifen / clomid combo

I've been using oxiracetam 800mg every day for the past 6 months or so and never had a problem with headaches or anything like that. I'd also been suffering low testosterone due to a previous steroid cycle at the start of the year so I decided to run another post cycle therapy with tamoxifen and clomid. Within the first week of doing this whilst still using the oxiracetam I began to get severe headaches and stiff neck . I've since stopped using the tamoxifen and clomid 4 weeks ago and have only used the oxiracetam a couple of times in the past week. I've tried supplementing with choline but it doesn't seem to be helping. I've now had these headaches and stiff neck for 6 weeks everyday . I can't take this anymore does anyone have any idea what's going on and how to help me ???

OK I've been researching all day and I think what I said above is a bit off track. I don't think the headaches that I'm getting are anything to do with nolvadex/clomid usage. It was probably merely a coincidence that it started at the same time.

I think whats happening is I'm releasing too much acetylcholine from using oxiracetam. I also use a lot of GHB which also releases acetylcholine. I also eat a diet rich in choline foods so there would always be lots of acetylcholine available.

From what I've read too much acetylcholine can cause tension headaches, stiff neck and also tingling sensations throughout arms and legs. These are all symptoms which i have. I have stopped using the oxiracetam and GHB since a couple of days ago and will see if this relieves the side effects I'm getting. If anyone who has experience with racetams, please let me know if you think this is what might be the root cause of my problem.
